We are pleased to announce that Lars Schultz has been promoted to Managing Director at Herter & Co.. Lars will, together with Paul H.F. Kim, further expand Herter & Co.’s successful Leveraged Finance business.
Lars joined Herter & Co. in 2013, before that he had worked in M&A Advisory at Commerzbank. In his career at Herter & Co. Lars completed more than 25 transactions with a strong focus on Debt Advisory for Private Equity Clients / Leveraged Finance.

- Debt Advisor to Adagia Partners on the acquisition of Schwind eye-tech-solutions (2021)
- Debt Advisor to Capiton on the acquisition of Axxence Group (2021)
- Debt Advisor to NORD Holding on the acquisition of Ai Fitness Group (2020)
