Herter & Co. advises NORD Holding on the financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Heizkurier Group

Herter & Co. has advised NORD Holding on the financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Heizkurier Group from Odewald KMU.

Together with the current management, Heizkurier aims to further expand its leading market position and to continue its dynamic growth of recent years. In addition, the company’s significant ESG potential – in particular through its contribution to achieving climate neutrality in the building sector – is to be further focused in line with NORD Holding’s ESG objectives.

Heizkurier is a leading Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) provider of mobile heating and cooling solutions. With its extensive and modern equipment, Heizkurier supplies its customers quickly and reliably with individual solutions for heat, hot water, warm air and cold. The company has been able to achieve dynamic growth in recent years, which is to be continued driven by sustainable trends such as climate neutrality in the building sector, new construction requirements in the residential segment and challenges related to increasing temperature extremes. Above all, the megatrend of energy-efficient building renovation is expected to be a further growth driver.
