Herter & Co. – Teneo Capital Advisory supported FUNKE Mediengruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA (“FUNKE”) with the successful placement of its first Schuldschein (“SSD”). With this transaction, one of Germany’s largest media companies strengthens its financial flexibility and creates a solid foundation for further growth and strategic acquisitions.

FUNKE is using its debut in the SSD market to diversify its financing base, attract new institutional investors and increase its flexibility for future growth initiatives.
