Herter & Co. has acted as Sole Debt Advisor on the refinancing of Amoena Group („Amoena“). Amoena was acquired in 2014 by funds advised by Halder and is the world market leader in high-quality medical breast care products for women who have undergone breast surgery.
Herter & Co. coordinated the refinancing of the existing LBO debt. The company’s solid performance during and post-Covid, the strong strategy and positive outlook as well as strong cash flow profile ensured banking support for a maturity extension and refinancing of the business at attractive terms.
