Björn Hofmann joins Herter & Co. as Managing Partner with immediate effect to further expand the debt advisory segment for corporate clients. With over 20 years of structuring experience in the German market, Björn joins from IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, where he was heading the Corporate Structured Finance team for the last 7 years, leading numerous advisory mandates as well as syndicated loan transactions. Previously Björn worked for Dresdner Kleinwort, WestLB und Mediobanca in Frankfurt and London.
