Herter & Co. advises an international, institutional real estate investor on the successful placement of a €140,000,000 real estate financing. In this first transaction, a portfolio of five office buildings located in various large German cities with a lettable space of c. 110,000 sqm was successfully financed. With this funding transaction in place additional funds are now available to further grow the German real estate portfolio.
