Herter & Co. \u2013 Teneo Capital Advisory \u2013 advised the HiPP Group (\u201cHiPP\u201d) on the successful refinancing of its existing operating and holding company financing. The new financing strengthens the baby food manufacturer\u2019s liquidity base and financial flexibility and creates additional leeway for the company\u2019s future development.<\/p>\n

The new financing consists of a mix of long-term financing instruments.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the new financing, we have secured attractive terms, expanded our financial leeway and optimised key contractual provisions. Herter & Co. was an extremely competent and reliable partner throughout this process \u2013 both in structuring the deal and in selecting the financing partners, as well as in the negotiations with all parties,\u201d said Maximilian Graf von Oppersdorff, CFO of the HiPP Group.<\/p>\n

HiPP was founded in 1932 and is headquartered in Pfaffenhofen. The company is now in its fourth generation of family ownership and is one of the leading manufacturers of infant formula and baby food, as well as a distributor of baby care products, with a focus on the European market.<\/p>\n
