Eschborn, 10 November 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Herter & Co. \u2013 Teneo Capital Advisory<\/em> acted as exclusive financial advisor<\/strong> to Standard Profil Automotive GmbH<\/em> (\u201cStandard Profil\u201d, the \u201cCompany\u201d) in connection with the successful completion of its comprehensive financial restructuring, implemented through a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The restructuring marks a major milestone in Standard Profil\u2019s financial stabilization process initiated in late 2024 and ensures a sustainable long-term capital structure<\/strong> for the global automotive supplier. The transaction includes primarily the issuance of \u20ac145 million of Supe Senior New Money Notes<\/strong> to support liquidity and the reinstatement of \u20ac83 million Senior Secured Notes<\/strong>. In addition, the company may choose to receive additional \u20ac14.4 million straight equity funding<\/strong> and a \u20ac5 million Super Super Senior facility<\/strong>, which are fully backstopped by members of the ad-hoc group of bondholders (\u201cAHG\u201d).<\/p>\n

Herter & Co. \u2013 Teneo Capital Advisory advised Standard Profil throughout its entire debt restructuring process and coordinated closely with the Company\u2019s legal advisors as well as the AHG and their advisors to facilitate an implementation of the restructuring.<\/p>\n
