AG, a major global renewable energy developer, service provider, distributor and energy solutions provider, on the successful financial restructuring of its financial liabilities of more than \u20ac3.5bn, providing the Company with a sustainable capital structure.<\/p>\n<p>Through our strategic advice, we supported a diverse group of lenders in structuring and implementing a consolidation, amendment and extension of a broad range of existing cash and guarantee lines, as well as multiple sizeable new cash and guarantee tranches. The amended capital structure includes innovative terms and conditions designed to derisk the lenders while providing the Company with sufficient liquidity and guarantee availability to execute its turnaround plan.<\/p>\n<p>Teneo and Herter &amp; Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the SteerCo of Senior Lenders to BayWa r.e.
