Herter & Co. worked closely with the company and the sponsors throughout the whole process including preparation, bank selection, due diligence, ratings, investor presentations, syndication, docs negotiations and closing. The result is an overall financing package of \u20ac1.03bn on a covenant-lite basis, taking advantage of current market rates, providing for the necessary flexibilities to serve both organic and acquisitive growth, and a high degree of natural hedging through local currency tranches which were pre-placed with certain lenders. The total financing package consists of a liquid placed EUR-TLB of \u20ac375m, \u20ac250m equivalent pre-placed GBP tranche, \u20ac95m equivalent pre-placed SEK tranche, \u20ac100m equivalent pre-placed NOK tranche and \u20ac210m revolving credit facility was provided through JPM and GS (Global Coordinators), Danske and Nordea (Nordic Bookrunners), KKR (Sterling Bookrunner), CACIB, Mizuho, SEB and MV Credit.<\/p>\n
