KG (\u201cKAEFER\u201d) on a new \u20ac45m facility provided by Kreditanstalt f\u00fcr Wiederaufbau (\u201cKfW\u201d) under one of its coronavirus aid programs together with members of the existing syndicated loan consortium.<\/p>\n<p>With a maturity of two years, the financing bolsters liquidity as precautionary measure in case of unforeseen developments in connection with COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we have shown strong resilience in the face of the current crisis, the new financing gives us additional headroom in times of uncertainty. Herter &amp; Co. was an important partner for us during the whole process\u201d, said Steen E.
