Morgan and Deutsche Bank in charge of German distressed principal investments, at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as Co-Head of European Leverage Finance, at Bankers Trust as Head of High-Yield Capital Markets and at JP Morgan\/Morgan Guaranty Trust of New York.<\/p>\n<p>Herter &#038; Co. is an independent financial advisory firm founded by Marcel Herter, former Head of Restructuring at Lazard &#038; Co. and Head of Leveraged Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. The firm focuses on sponsor and corporate debt advisory as well as restructuring.
